BROWNIE covered CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE dough with a DARK CHOCOLATE and RUM ganache….
YUM! They were a big hit. I saw the idea (although I wish it were my own) over at the Bakerellawebsite but then just used a heart cookie cutter after the ganache cooled for the shape. I created my own make shift ganache using milk instead of heavy cream…so it was a low cal version I suppose.
